My experience with these guys is 5 star. My car lost a tire on the highway . I called them on Sunday afternoon and they came right out. Towed my car back to the shop and performed the repairs the very next day and the price was more than fair. Very respectful and kind when dealing with them over the phone and in person. They even went back 2x to where we feel I lost my tire on the highway looking for it so I wouldn’t have to buy a new rim and tire They did this without me asking them. I have had experience in the past with mechanics trying to take advantage of the price for repairs but these guys did everything they could to save me money. I will use them over anyone In this area….
I called a few towing companies because my PT Cruiser had transmission problems and it would not move from the Lowes Home Improvement parking lot. They gave me the best price and the shortest time. While I was waiting for the tow truck which was to be there in 45 minutes I managed to get the car moving and drove it around in the parking lot and determined I could make it home. I called them back and the guy was understanding about me cancelling the call, even though his tow truck driver had almost driven across the city.
